本機采用PLC界面控制，準(zhǔn)確控制玻璃斜邊的寬度，角度和玻璃厚度，自動化程度高，減輕了操作難度。同步 帶輸送，前導(dǎo)軌升降式，加工大小片玻璃的調(diào)整方法簡單。短節(jié)距大滾子鏈條傳動壓板，磨頭采用CDQC 或 ABB電機，精度高、能耗小、穩(wěn)定性強，本機可磨削玻璃的斜邊和斜邊的多重組合，精磨和拋光以及底邊磨削 一次加工完成，具有加工效率高、質(zhì)量好、性能穩(wěn)定、操作簡便及損耗低等特點。
