拋丸機(jī)、噴砂機(jī)工藝技術(shù)簡介

     采用拋丸、噴砂技術(shù)是目前世界上對各種機(jī)械零部件，進(jìn)行表面清理、光飾、強(qiáng)化的一種較先進(jìn)的工藝之一，它代替了以藥液化學(xué)處理的原始方法；既有成本低、效率高，又具備環(huán)保的特點。
    該設(shè)備主要由拋丸系統(tǒng)、輸送系統(tǒng)、丸料循環(huán)分離系統(tǒng)、除塵系統(tǒng)、配電系統(tǒng)組成。可配置PC控制及電器自動控制，具有自動保護(hù)及變頻調(diào)速裝置，達(dá)到一機(jī)多用的目的；該工藝?yán)�用離心力的作用，把鋼丸或鋼砂高速拋射到工件表面，使工件表面獲得其清潔度、粗糙度以及強(qiáng)化工件，清理內(nèi)應(yīng)力的目的，大大地提高零件的使用壽命和使用性能。

      Shotblast/sandblast technology is one of the presently most advanced techniques
in the world for surface cleaning/glossing/intensifying of all kinds of mechanical parts,
and it has substituted the primary methods based on chemical liquids.The technology
is characterized for lower cost,higher efficiency,and environmental friendliness.
       The equipment mainly consists of shotblast system, the expulsion system, the pill
material circulation separation system, the dust removal system, the electrical power
distribution system is composed. May dispose the PC control and the electric applian-
ce automatic control, has the automatic protection and the frequency conversion spe-
eder and Serves a machine multipurpose purposes; The technique takes advantage
of centrifugal force to project steel shot or steel sand onto workpiece surface so as to
