滲碳層：0.20-0.25mm。穿軸硬度：HRC60-65。芯部仍具有良好的韌性，這樣既保證了表面有高的耐磨性和強度，又保證了整體的柔韌性，2002年以來本廠在消化吸收進口哈瓦鏈的基礎上，成功完成了自主加工制造，該鏈帶穿軸為兩根，利用雙軸以軸心轉(zhuǎn)動的原理，解決了穿軸與鏈板內(nèi)孔劇烈磨損的不足，同時也開拓了國際市場，本產(chǎn)品已遠銷德國、新加坡等國家和地區(qū)。
