高速節(jié)能玻璃清洗機D系列

■ 鋁合金模塊化拼裝結(jié)構(gòu)，觸摸屏 PLC控制，操作界面簡單易懂。

■ 三對毛刷(Φ160 ㎜ )不銹鋼軸頭，上部硬毛刷配置氣缸可單獨提升，特制軟毛刷可洗LOW-E玻璃，普通鍍膜玻璃。

■ 主傳動為斜齒傳動，變頻調(diào)速，清洗機毛刷分別由上下兩組電機單獨齒帶傳動，轉(zhuǎn)速平穩(wěn)，使用壽命更長。

■ 快速自動厚度調(diào)節(jié)，升降高度300mm，方便內(nèi)部保養(yǎng)。

■ 設(shè)備配有單獨溫控系統(tǒng)（風(fēng)加熱及水加熱裝置），風(fēng)機使用熱風(fēng)回收系統(tǒng)達到節(jié)能，效率高。

■ 可與高速雙邊機，上下片等設(shè)備對接，實現(xiàn)自動化生產(chǎn)線。

■ Aluminum alloy assembly structure, touch screen PLC control system, operating interface is simple and easy to understand.

■ Three pairs hair brush(Φ160 ㎜ ) with stainless steel shaft, the up hard hair brush is controlled by pneumatic cylinder and can be lifted up independently, so the soft hair brush can wash the LOW-E glass, common coating film glass.

■ Helical teeth transmission driving system, frequency speed adjustment.

■ The up and lower washing brushes are drive by two groups of independent gear belt system, with steady speed and longer working life.

■ Convenient thickness adjustment, the whole section can hoist 300mm to facilitate inner clean.

■ Can be equipped with air and water heating system.

■ Can connected with high-speed double edging machine, automatic glass loading and unloading system to realize automatic processing.
